(ولو جَهِلَ (١) إحرامَ الأول، فكمن أحرم بنُسُكٍ ونَسِيه، على ما يأتي) بيانه قريبًا. (وإن شَكَّ هل أحرم الأولُ، فكمن لم يُحْرِم، فيكون إحرامُه مُطلقًا يصرِفُه إلى ما شاء) كما لو أحرم ابتداء مطلقًا
