(وإن حَلَقَ مُحْرِمٌ حلالًا) يعني: أزال شعره (أو قَلَّمَ) المُحْرِم (أظفاره) أي: الحلال (فلا فِدية عليه) أي: هدر. نصَّ عليه ؛ لأنه شعر أو ظفر مباح الإتلاف، فلم يجب بإتلافه جزاء، كبهيمة الأنعام.
