(فإن حَلَق شعر رأسِه وبدنه) ففدية واحدة؛ لما تقدم. وكما لو لَبِسَ قميصًا وسراويل (أو تطيَّب) في رأسه وبدنه (أو لَبِسَ فيهما، فـ) عليه (فِدية واحدة) لأن الحلق إتلاف، فهو آكد من ذلك، ومع ذلك ففيه فِدية واحدة فهنا أَولى.
