كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ضَمِنَه) اعتبارًا بأصله، و (لا) ضمان (إن توحش أهلي) : من إبل أو بقر أو غيرهما، فلا يحرم قتله للأكل ولا جزاء فيه، قال أحمد في بقرة صارت وحشية: لا شيء فيها؛ لأن الأصل فيها الإنسية.
