كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن أخذه) أي: الصيد، مُحرِمٌ (بأحد هذه الأسباب) أي: الشراء والاتِّهاب والاصطياد (ثم تَلِفَ) الصيد (فعليه) أي: المحرم الآخذ له (جزاؤه) لما تقدم من الآية.
