(ولا يستردُّ) المُحْرم (الصيدَ الذي باعه وهو حلال بخيار) مجلس أو شرط (ولا عيب في ثمنه) المعين (ولا غير ذلك) كالاختلاف في الثمن والتقايل؛ لأنَّه ابتداء تملك، وهو ممنوع منه
