(ولا يضمَنُه) إذا تلف بيده الحكمية؛ لأنَّه لا تلزمه إزالتها، ولم يوجد منه سبب في تلفه (وله) أي: المحرم (نَقْلُ الملك فيه) أي: في الصيد الذي بيده الحكمية، ببيع وغيره، كسائر أملاكه.
