(والاختيار) أن يصومها (إذا رَجَعَ إلى أهله) لحديث ابن عُمر: أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"فمنْ لم يَجِدْ فَلْيَصُم ثَلاثةَ أيامِ في الحجِّ وسَبْعَةً إذَا رَجَعَ إلى أهلِهِ". متفق عليه .
