(ويجب على المرأة المطاوِعة مثلُ ذلك) المذكور في الحج والعمرة و (لا) تجب فِدية الوَطء على (المكرهة والنائمة) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "عُفيَ لأمَّتِي عَنِ الخَطَأ والنسيانِ وما استُكرِهُوا عليهِ"
