(وإلا) أي: وإن لم ينحروه (استردَّه) منهم (ونَحَره) لوجوب نحره (فإن أبى) أن يستردَّه (أو عَجَزَ) عن استرداده (ضَمِنَه) لمساكين الحرم، لعدم خروجه من عهدة الواجب
