إن اندمل غير ممتنع أو جرحه موحيا فعليه جزاء جميعه

كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن اندمل) الجرحُ، وصار الصيد (غير ممتنعٍ) فعليه جزاء جميعه؛ لأنه عطَّله، فصار كالتالف (أو جَرَحه جُرْحًا مُوَحّيًا) أي: لا تبقى معه الحياة غالبًا (فعليه جزاءُ جميعِه) كقتله؛ لأنه سبب للموت.
