(وإن نصب) المُحْرِم (شَبَكةً) أو نحوها، فوقع فيها صيدٌ، ضَمنه. (أو حفر) المُحْرِم (بئرًا بغير حَقٍّ) بأن حفرها في غصب أو طريق ولو واسعًا لنفع نفسه (فوقع فيها صيدٌ، ضمنه) لعدوانه بحفرها
