(فإن غَربتِ الشمسُ وهم) أي: أهل سِقاية الحاج والرُّعاة (بمنى لزم الرِّعاءَ المبيتُ) لانقضاء وقت الرعي وهو النهار (دونَ أهل السقاية) فلا يلزمهم المبيت،
