(وعليه إيصاله) أي: الهدي مطلقًا (إلى فقراء الحرم) لقوله تعالى: {ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ}، ولأن النذر يحمل على المعهود شرعًا، والمعهود في الهدي الواجب بالشرع - كهدي المتعة - ذَبْحُه بالحرم، فكذا يكون المنذور.
