(إلا أن يعينه) أي: المنذور (لموضع سوى الحرم، فيلزمه ذَبْحه فيه) أي: في الموضع الذي عيَّنه (وتفرقة لحمه على مساكينه) أي: مساكين ذلك الموضع (أو إطلاقه لهم) أي: لمساكينه
