(وما جاز له أكله) كأكثر هَدْي التطوع (فله هديته) لغيره، لقيام المُهدَى له مقامه (وما لا) يملك أكله، كالهَدْي الواجب غير دم تمتُّع وقِران (فلا) يملك هديته، بل يجب صرفه لفقراء الحرم؛ لتعلق حقّهم به.
