(ويجوز أخذ العسل وأكلُه) لأنه مباح (و) يجوز (أخذ شَهْده كله، بحيث لا يترك للنحل شيئًا فيه) لأن الشَّهْد من الطعام المباح، وهلاك النحل بأخذ جميعه يحصُل ضمنًا غير مقصود، فأشبه قتل النساء والذراري في البيات.
