(وإن أُعْطِيَهُ) أي: المال (ليستعين به في الغزو، لم يترك لأهله منه شيئًا) قبل خروجه، ولا عنده؛ لأنه لا يملكه (إلا أن يصير إلى رأس مغزاه) فيكون كهيئة ماله (فيبعث إلى عياله منه) لأنه من جملة حوائجه.
