كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ولا يتصرَّف فيه) أي: فيما أُعطيه ليستعين به في الغزو (عند (٣) الخروج؛ لئلا يتخلَّف عن الغزو) فلا يكون مستحقًّا لما أنفقه (إلا أن يشتري منه سلاحًا وآلة الغزو) كالتُّرس والفرس.
