(وما لم يملكوه) كالوقف (فلا يُغنم بحال، ويأخذه ربُّه إن وَجَده مجانًا، ولو بعد إسلام من هو معه، أو) بعد (قَسْمِه (٢) ، أو) بعد (شرائِه منهم) لأنه ليس بمال لهم، ولم يزل ملك ربّه عنه.
