(ومن اشتراه) أي: الأسير الحر مسلمًا كان أو ذِميًّا، ذكرًا أو أنثى (منهم) أي: الكفار (وأطلقه، أو أخرجه إلى دار الإسلام، رجع بثمنه بنية الرجوع، ولا يُردُّ إلى بلاد العدو بحال، وتقدم) في الباب قبله بدليله .
