(وهل يقسم بينهم للفارس ثلاثة أسهم وللرَّاجل سهم؟) لأنهم تساووا كالأحرار البالغين (أو) يقسم (على ما يراه الإمام من المفاضلة) كما لو كان معهم رجال أحرار؟ (احتمالان) أطلقهما في "المغني" وغيره.
