(ممن لا يلزمه) الجهاد كالعبد والمرأة؛ لأنه عمل يختصُّ فاعله أن يكون من أهل القُرْبة، أشبه الصلاة، (فيرُدُّ) الأجير (الأُجرة) لبطلان الإجارة (وله سهمه) إن كان من أهل الإسهام (أو رَضْخُه) إن لم يكن من أهل الإسهام.
