(وإن تاب) الغال (بعدها) أي: القسمة (أعطى الإمام خُمسَه، وتصدق ببقيته عن مستحقيه) لأنه مال لا يُعرف مستحقوه، وهذا قول ابن مسعود ومعاوية ، ولم يُعرف لهما مخالف في عصرهما.
