(الضرب الثاني) مما صُولحوا عليه: (أن يُصالحهم) الإمامُ أو نائبه (على أنها) أي: الأرض (لهم، ولنا الخراجُ عنها) فهو صلح صحيح لا مفسدة فيه (فهذه مِلْكٌ لهم) أي: لأربابها وتصير دارَ عهد
