(فإن خرج) الماء (لغير ذلك) كمرض، أو برد، أو كسر ظهر (من غير نائم ونحوه) كمجنون ومغمى عليه، وسكران (لم يوجب) غسلًا. لما تقدم، فعلى هذا يكون نجسًا وليس مَذيًا، قاله في "الرعاية".
