(ومن مات من أجناد المسلمين دُفع إلى امرأته وأولاده الصغار قَدْرُ كفايتهم) لتطيب قلوب المجاهدين؛ لأنهم إذا علموا أن عيالهم يُكفَون المؤنة بعد موتهم، توفَّروا على الجهاد بخلاف عكسه.
