(وإن خرج الكفَّار من حصنهم بناءً على هذه الإشارة لم يجز قتلهم، ويُردُّون إلى أمانهم (٣) ) قال أحمد : إذا أشير إليه بشيء غير الأمان فظنَّه أمانًا، فهو أمان، وكلُّ شيء يرى العِلج أنه أمان فهو أمان.
