(بل) تؤخذ الجِزية (من حربي منهم) أي: من بني تغلب (لم يدخل في الصُّلح إذا بذلها) قطع به في "الفروع"؛ لأنه ليس فيه نقض لفعل عمر؛ لعدم دخوله فيه.
