(ولا) جِزية (على عبد، ولو لكافر) نصَّ عليه ؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لا جِزية على عبد"، وعن ابن عمر مثله ؛ ولأنه مال فلم تجب عليه، كسائر الحيوانات.
