(لكن يشترط) الإمام أو نائبه (عليها) أي: على المرأة إذا أرادت دخول دارنا (التزامَ أحكام الإسلام) كما يشترطه على المقاتلة (ويعقد لها الذَّمة) بعد إجابتها لذلك.
