أي: بكل واحدة منهما: (إحداهما: الصيغة القولية، وهي) أي: الصيغة القولية (غير منحصرة في لفظ بعينه) كَبِعْت واشتريت (بل) هي (كلُّ ما أدَّى معنى البيع) لأن الشارع لم يخصَّه بصيغة معينة، فتناول كلَّ ما أدَّى معناه.
