(فمنها) أي: من الصيغة القولية (الإيجاب) وهو ما يصدر (من بائع، فيقول) البائع: (بعتُك) كذا (أو ملَّكتُك) هذا (ونحوهما، كولَّيتُكه (١) ، أو أشركتُك فيه، أو وهبتُكه) بكذا (ونحوه) كأعطيتكه.
