(قال الشيخ (١) : ومَن استولى على ملك رجلٍ بلا حق، فطَلَبَه، فَجَحَده) إيَّاه حتى يبيعه له (أو منعه إيَّاه حتى يبيعه) له فباعه (على هذا الوجه، فهذا مُكرَه بغير حق) فلا يصحُّ بيعه؛ لأنه مُلجأ إليه.
