(إلا أن يُكرَه بحقٍّ، كالذي يُكرِهه الحاكمُ على بيع مَالِه لوفاء دينه) أو على شراء ما يوفي منه ما عليه من دين (فيصح) العقد؛ لأنه قول حُمِل عيه بحق، فصحَّ، كإسلام المرتد.
