(ولا) يصحُّ بيع (سباع بهائم) لا تصلح لصيد (و) لا (جوارح طير لا تصلح لصيد، كنمر، وذئب، ودُبٍّ، وسَبُع، وغراب) لا يؤكل (وحِدَأَةٍ، ونَسر، وعَقْعَق (٥) ونحوها) لأنه لا نفع فيها كالحشرات.
