(ولا) يصح (بيع أدهان متنجِّسة) كزيت لاقى نجاسة (ولو) بِيع (لكافر) يعلم حاله (لحديث: "إنَّ الله تعالى إذا حرَّمَ شيئًا حَرَّمَ ثمَنَه") رواه الشيخان مختصرًا.
