(ولا يصحُّ بيع الأُنْمُوذَجِ) بضم الهمزة، وهو ما يدل على صفة الشيء، قاله في المصباح (بأن يُريَه صاعًا) مثلًا من صُبْرة (ويبيعه الصُّبرة على أنها من جنسه) فلا يصح؛ لعدم رؤية المبيع وقت العقد.
