(و) يصح بيع الأعمى وشراؤه (بما يمكنه معرفته) أي: معرفة ما يبيعه أو يشتريه (بغير حاسة البصر، كشمٍّ، ولمسٍ، وذوق) لحصول العلم بحقيقة المبيع.
