(ولو فرق قُفزانها) أي: الصُّبْرة (وباع) قفيزًا (واحدًا مبهمًا) أو اثنين فأكثر مبهمين (مع تساوي أجزائها، صح) البيع؛ لأنه لا يفضي إلى التنازع (وإلا) بأن لم تتساوَ أجزاؤها بل اختلفت (فلا) يصحُّ البيع في قفيز، أو أكثر حتى يُعيِّنه،
