(وإن قصد) بقوله: بعتك نصف داري التي تلي دارك (الإشاعة) في النصف بأن اعتبر التي تلي دارك نعتًا للدار، وأبقى النصف على إطلاقه، فيكون مُشاعًا (صحَّ) البيع في النصف مُشاعًا؛ لعدم الجهالة.
