(فإن شَرَطَ البائع) لحيوان دون رأسه، وجلده، وأطرافه (الذبحَ ليأخذ المُستثنى، لزم المشتري الذبحُ) وفاءً بالشرط؛ لأنه أدخل الضرر على نفسه (و) لزمه (دفعُ المُستثنى، قاله في "شرح المحرَّر") وهو معنى كلام غيره.
