(و) يصح (بيع الباقلا، والجوز، واللوز، ونحوه) كالحمِّص (في قشريه مقطوعًا، وفي شجره) لأن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - "نهى عن بيعِ الثمارِ حتى يبدُو صلاحُها"، فدل على الجواز بعد بُدُوِّ الصلاح، سواء كانت مستورة بغيرها أو لا.
