(وإن قال) : بِعتُك هذه الصُّبرة (على أن أزيدك قَفيزًا من هذه الصُّبرة الأخرى، أو وَصَفه) أي: القَفيزَ بـ (ـصفة يُعلم بها، صحَّ) البيع؛ لانتفاء الجهالة.
