فإن باعه جزافا بظرفه أو دونه أو باعه إياه في ظرفه كل رطل بكذا على أن يطرح منه وزن الظرف صح

(وإن باعه) ذلك (جزافًا بظَرفِهِ) صح (أو) باعه إيَّاه جزافًا (دونه) أي: دون ظرفه، صح (أو باعه إيَّاه في ظرفهِ) موازنة (كلَّ رطلٍ بكذا؛ على أن يَطرح منه) أي: من مبلغ وزنهما (وزن الظرف، صح) كأنه قال: بِعتُك ما في هذا الظرف كلَّ رطل بكذا.
