(وكذا اقتراضُه على اقتراضِه) بأن يعقِد القرضَ معه، فيقول له آخر: أقرضني ذلك قبل تقبيضه للأول، فيفسخه ويدفعه للثاني (و) كذا (اتهابُه على اتهابه؛ وكذا افتراضه -بالفاء- في الديوان) على افتراضه.
