(و) كذا (طلب العمل من الولايات) بعد طلب غيره (ونحو ذلك، وكذا المساقاة والمزارعة، والجعالة، ونحو ذلك) كلها كالبيع، فتحرم، ولا تصح إذا سبقت للغير، قياسًا على البيع، لما في ذلك من الإيذاء.
