أحدها أن يشترط أحدهما على صاحبه عقدا آخر كسلف أو قرض أو بيع أو إجارة أو شركة أو صرف الثمن أو غيره فيبطل البيع

(أو قَرْض، أو بيع، أو إجارة، أو شركة، أو صَرْف الثمن، أو) صرف (غيره) أي: غير الثمن (فـ) ـاشتراط (هذا) الشرط (يُبطِل البيعَ، وهو بيعتان في بيعة المنهيُّ عنه) والنهي يقتضي الفساد
