(وهو) أي: قوله: "وإلا؛ فلا بيع بيننا" (تعليقُ فَسْخِ) البيع (على شرطٍ) لأنه علَّقه على عدم إنقاد الثمن في المدة التي عيَّنها، وهو صحيح (كما تقدم) قريبًا.
