(وإن بان) ما ذُكر من الأرض أو الدار أو الثوب (أقلَّ) من عشرة (فكذلك) أي: فالبيع صحيح؛ لأن ذلك نقصٌ حصل على البائع، فلم يمنع صحة البيع، كما تقدم.
